  • Arrange recovery of vehicle 24/7 365 days a year (In case of fault incidents you or your insurer will be liable for recovery charges)
  • Recover your vehicle into an approved repairer within a suitable distance to yourself
  • Provide transportation to nearest transport hub or place of safety

Vehicle Repairs

We can arrange for your vehicle to be repaired:
  • By an approved UK repair centre working to all manufacturer guidelines
  • At a convenient location to suit you
  • With capability to repair LCV, electric, prestige and bespoke vehicles

Mobility – Non-fault incident

To keep you mobile following your accident we can arrange:
  • A category equivalent replacement vehicle where there is an identifiable at fault third party
  • An EV for EV replacement

Mobility – Fault incident

To keep you mobile following your accident we can arrange:
  • Courtesy car provided by the appointed repair centre where available

Claims Management

We can take care of all aspects of your claim by:
  • Providing clear and precise repair updates
  • Managing all aspects of your claim from start to finish
  • Recovering your losses including insurance excess, personal effects and other associated costs
  • Arranging any medical rehabilitation and support if required
